Old Town Market

Specializing in fine local wine.

Old Town Market is a charming, family-owned corner store that serves the grocery needs of Old Orcutt. Store owners Mark and Wendy Steller purchased the store in 2004, having spent all of their previous working lives in retail management. Their idea of a store was to make it the old “Mom & Pop” store from years past. Besides having a down-home feel and the charm of a historic sixty-five year old market, Old Town Market specializes in fine local wine, locally grown produce, a made-to-order deli, specialty cheeses and local items, and a unique collection of antique furniture, collectibles and primitives.

The market carries more than 800 different varietals from all over the world and is the largest collection of local wine on the Central Coast. They have wines from Rancho Sisquoc, Cambria, Byron, Edna Valley, Qupe, Longoria, Kenneth Volk, Bridlewood, cnagy, William James, Sobriquet and Flying Goat, among others

Today, this historic store continues to serve locals and visitors alike. Whether it’s for lunch or to purchase ingredients to make the best Santa Maria Style Barbecue, it’s undeniably one of everyone’s favorite stops when they’re in the Central Coast.
