Fess Parker

The Fess Parker tasting room offers a classic tasting, featuring food and wine pairings. The winery and tasting room are loosely designed after an Australian sheep station, featuring a stone fireplace, stone floors and wraparound verandas with picnic tables. The amphitheater-style lawn provides a serene setting, ideal for picnics.

With the hope and dream of one day establishing a small winery – Fess Parker purchased the 714-acre Foxen Canyon Ranch in 1988. Not only did Fess’ dream come true but it became a family tradition. To this day, Fess’ children, Eli and Ashley, remain involved in their father’s vision. 

To continue with the goal of creating award-winning wines, Fess Parker Winery and Vineyard’s winemaker Blair Fox applies his stylistic objective to capture the unique taste that the Santa Maria Valley offers. With a mixed background of Santa Maria Valley and Australian winemaking style, Blair’s style has been recognized by established wine magazines. 

Fess Parker Winery and Vineyard, situated along the Foxen Canyon Wine Trail,  offers a variety of wine experiences – perfect for red or white wine enthusiasts.
