Point Sal State Beach

Point Sal State Beach is nestled along the northwestern part of Santa Barbara County.  The park spans an impressive 80 acres and offers just under two miles of ocean frontage. This beach can only be accessed by a hike because the road has worn away over time. Activities at Point Sal include fishing, hiking, and bird watching. Swimming is not recommended due to the strong currents.
