An open space area in Santa Maria Valley, offering environmental education, land preservation and recreation. The land offers hiking, equestrian and biking trails with guided tours and events offered year-round. Equestrians, birders, mountain bikers and hikers enjoy the stunning trails and vistas, including guided hike opportunities. This area park offers 15 miles of trails available for sighting birds typical of coast live oak and oak savanna habitat. Spring land birds move through the oaks and narrow canyon riparian areas during migration and include flycatchers, kingbirds, grosbeaks and warblers.
