Kite flying stunts, lessons, contests, games and vendors will all be a part of the Discovery Museum’s Free Family Kite Festival on April 15 at Santa Maria’s Rotary Centennial Park from noon to 4 p.m. There will be food, vendors, music, and of course, lots of space to fly kites!
