Riverbench: 50th Anniversary Open House

2023 marks the 50th anniversary of Riverbench vineyard. We invite you to celebrate our golden year on Saturday May 20th from 1-4pm. As one of the first vineyards in the valley, these vines have seen a lot and are a proud part of the history of the Santa Maria Valley AVA. They deserve a party!

In true open house form, the Riverbench team will be on hand to share our favorite wines with you, lead vineyard tours, and talk about the history of wine in the Santa Maria Valley. Of course, no good party is complete without live music and food. Juicy burgers and salads will be available for purchase from The Shift food truck.

Stop by anytime between 1 and 4 pm to celebrate with us or stay the whole time! Your ‘purchase’ of a ticket does not guarantee a table, and you do not need to reserve a specific time to stop by. We invite you to bring a picnic blanket or lawn chairs if you would like, as tables on the lawn will be available on a first come, first served basis. We are expecting a full house, and kindly ask that if you plan on coming with children that you leave balls and toys at home to ensure all guests have a great time. Please, no outside food or alcohol.

Riverbench club members receive up to two complimentary tastings. General public cost is $25 per tasting experience. Wine by the glass or bottle will be available for purchase throughout the event.
