Presqu’ile Vineyard Yoga at the Lily Pond

What’s Included
-1-hour (all levels) yoga class overlooking on Lily Pond terrace (which is usually off limits to the public)
-Each class begins with a guided meditation
-Class ends with a 10-min relaxation
-Guests will enjoy the wine tasting after class

Schedule
9:45am-check-in, sign the waiver, use the restroom
9:55am-walk with guide through the Wine Cave up to the Lily Pond
10:00am-yoga class begins next to the Lily Pond
11:00am-wine tasting begins in courtyard
11:45am-conclusion

-a yoga mat (there will be a limited number of mats to borrow)
