Los Flores Ranch: Yoga Hike

Come out for a Yoga Hike, with Marilyn our certified yoga instructor. You will be surrounded by the beauty of Los Flores Ranch Park while on a moderate 4-mile hike, with some inclines. Adult (16 and up) $10.00 City Residents $12.00 NR. Yoga will be the focus while on the hike. You will energize the body, relieve tightness, recover faster, and strengthen major hiking muscles. Please bring water, and packable mat. Meet at Visitors Center.
