Cuyama Buckhorn: Chuck Wagon BBQ Weekend

Join us for an unforgettable Chuck Wagon Bar-B-Q Weekend that promises to be the ultimate season-ending celebrationBen Ford of Ford’s Filling Station and author of ‘Taming the Feast’ will be sharing his grilling and smoking expertise by crafting a menu in collaboration with the Buckhorn team. They’ll be accompanied by Cowboy Poet Dick Gibford and live music from Sim Williams. Prior to Saturday Night’s Bar-B-Q celebration, Geoff Montgomery from Morro Bay Butcher + Deli is hosting a butchery class on Saturday morning, focusing on mastering meat preparation techniques and the art of breaking down a whole hog. In the afternoon, there’ll be a whiskey tasting and class with Central Coast Distillers, Rod & Hammer.
