Cottonwood Canyon: Candlelight Cave Yoga

Treat yourself to a nurturing yoga class surrounded by the warm glow of candlelight in a wine cave. Finish the weekend centered, with a deeply relaxing, gentle form of yoga offered in the sanctuary an underground Wine Cave. After, continue the relaxation with a special wine tasting selected just for this group.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
-1-hour (all levels) yoga class in the wine caves
-Caves will be lit by candlelight to create a warm glow
-Each class begins with a guided meditation
-Class ends with a 10-min relaxation
-Wine tasting in the caves after class
-Exclusively curated wine tasting menu with six wines

TIMING:
3:15pm-check-in, sign the waiver, use the restroom
3:30pm-yoga class in The Wine Caves
4:30pm-wine tasting
5:30pm-conclusion

PLEASE BRING:
-a yoga mat (there will be a limited number of mats to borrow)
-water bottle
-an extra sweater, wrap, jacket, or blanket
