3rd Annual Wine & Film Festival
If you love wine and you enjoy films, here’s a chance to combine your passions. On June 29, the International Wine Film Festival presents “The Stars of Wine + Film” at Presqu‘ile Winery from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The evening will feature wine tasting and short film screenings averaging two to five minutes in length that were chosen from hundreds of submissions from all over the world. The public is also invited to attend a workshop happening earlier that day called, “Tell Your Wine Story with Video.” Held at Graciosa Hall in Orcutt from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., this event will feature winery managers, filmmakers and innovators in video production from across the country to share practical tips for incorporating video into your winery’s communication mix. Advance tickets are required.

A part of the year-round Wine Film Festival series, this event showcases up-and-coming winemakers and film producers in one star-studded evening in California’s Santa Maria Valley.
The event begins with a sunset wine reception featuring Presqu’ile wines.
As night falls, we’ll move from the expansive, glass-walled reception area to an outdoor screening location, where local winemakers will mingle with guests, pouring samples of their wines.
Throughout the evening, official selections narrowed down from hundreds of Wine Film Festival submissions – short films and feature film trailers from around the world – will be introduced by their producers, giving attendees a glimpse behind the scenes before viewing their work. Each screening is 2-5 minutes in length, allowing for mingling and conversations about the films and wines.
All attendees must be over 21 and purchase a ticket.
