The Los Alamos Old Days Celebration honors and preserves the town’s authentic Western heritage. Highlights of the weekend celebration include free entertainment, two-day Peddlers Mart, and Sunday morning’s Greatest Little Small Town Parade! The 2019 celebration will take place on September 27-29 on Bell Street in Downtown Los Alamos.

The Chalk Festival features over two dozen arts and craft booths, nonprofit organization, kids’ corner and fabulous culinary pop-ups & food trucks. Encourage kids’ creativity at our KIDS Corner. This year theme is “FEAST ON THE ARTS”, highlighting the artist creation of the culinary arts.

The 4th annual Santa Maria Beer Fest is a great event showcasing local and regional craft beers and is a festival celebrating beer in general. This year’s event will be bigger, better, and celebrated in a wonderful outdoor venue. Santa Maria Beer Fest will showcase over 30 breweries, cideries, and will include other activities such as axe throwing, a mechanical bull, a paint ball shooting gallery, corn hole, beer pong, and some awesome local food trucks!

Sundays in October are always a great time to visit Riverbench Vineyard! Special outdoor wine menu includes wine by the bottle or glass. Bring a blanket and find a spot for a picnic on the lawn. Award-winning 7-string and Indian slide guitarist Dave Cipriani will be filling the garden with all original music from 12 pm to 3 pm. Big Truck Foods will be serving their delicious grilled sandwiches and burgers made with deli-fresh meats and cheeses, served on locally baked breads with their own unique sauces.
