This popular introduction to the wonderful world of live orchestral music will be presented FREE, with Maestro Michael Nowak conducting the orchestra and soloists in an hour long performance of works by Tchaikovsky, Beethoven and Williams.

Take time for yourself, relax, breathe, & immerse in the beauty of Los Flores Ranch Park. You begin this moderate 3 mile hike with some yoga stretches incorporating breaths to energize the body. We will do some balancing and grounding yoga poses in between and more at the end. Think of this as doing a meditative walk. Experience yoga outdoors as you energize the body, relieve some tightness, recover faster, and even strengthen major hiking muscles. Pack a lunch to enjoy after the Yike.
