Four Days of Dynamic Rodeo Action at the Santa Maria Elks Unocal Event Center. Join us for the Annual Santa Maria Elks Rodeo. Each Rodeo performance features; Mutton Bustin’, six adrenaline-rushing PRCA events including Bull Riding, Tie-Down Roping, Steer Wrestling and more! This year’s event will also include specialty acts, the Flying Cowboys, our Junior Breakaway Roping, and live bands! And whatever you do, don’t miss the rodeo clowns and the Elks Rodeo Parade, which takes place on Saturday June 4th, where more than 200 entries will strut their stuff along South Broadway.

In conjunction with National Trails Day, come out to Los Flores Ranch Park for a fun geocaching event. This family and dog friendly event is a great way to meet fellow geocachers, learn about the fun world of geocaching, and if you feel extra ambitious; be prepared to hike and grab some smileys! Enjoy finding over 30 geocaches along the trails of the park. This event is not meant for first time geocachers, however we will try to assist you the best we can.

Saturday, June 4th from 6 – 9 pm will be CDO’s first 80’s Dance Party! We hope to see neon colors, big hair, spandex, leg warmers, and side ponytails. Awards will be given to best dressed! We will have a rented official 15×15 dancefloor so you can show off all your best moves while surrounded by neon lights, and rad 80’s decor. And music will be played by the wonderful DJ Artie Reynoso!
