Course 1 Charcuterie Platter paired with 2017 Pinot Blanc and 2015 Viognier

Course 2 Goat cheese and asparagus pizza with balsamic reduction paired with 2017 Rosé of Pinot Noir

Course 3 Aged Hanger Steak Medallions cooked in PBF wood fire oven, served with their signature arugula salad topped with pecans, pears and gorgonzola. Paired with cnagy Pinot Noir

Course 4 Flourless Chocolate Torte served with raspberry compote and Grand Marnier fresh whipped cream paired with 2013 Syarh.
