Los Flores Ranch: Twilight Yoga Hike

Be part of this evening Yike (yoga hike)! Experience yoga outdoors, at twilight with a certified yoga instructor. You will be surrounded by the beauty of Los Flores Ranch Park while on a moderate 3-4mile hike and finishing at sunset. Energize the body, relieve tightness, recover faster, and strengthen major hiking muscles. Please bring water, jacket, and packable mat. Meet at the Visitors Center.
