The past several months have been an unknown territory for us all. With social distancing regulations in place, we’ve put plans with family and friends on hold. But as soon as you’re up for it, we’re ready to welcome you back. Whether for a getaway with the girls, family road trip or an adventure with your partner, Santa Maria Valley will be here. You can cool down, fill up, and sip and swirl at your own pace. We hope you’ll visit, stay a while, and reconnect with laughter and relaxation on the Central Coast.
In Santa Maria Valley, locals and visitors alike are part of our family, and we’re doing our part to keep that family safe and healthy. The Santa Maria Valley Chamber has developed the Safe and Open campaign to help Santa Maria Valley businesses communicate widely – to the community and its visitors – a return to economic activity in accordance with public health and safety best-practices.
In accordance with the State of California’s reopening guidelines and Santa Barbara County’s reopening guidelines, the business community of Santa Maria stands ready to move towards a thriving economic environment once again, while protecting against the renewed spread of Coronavirus.
Nearly 700 businesses throughout the valley have already signed the pledge to stay #SafeandOpen. We encourage you to contact any business you plan to visit in advance, in order to make the most of your time with us.
