Downtown Fridays is the place to be for families, fun, and community camaraderie. The weekly event features a certified farmer’s market, live music, food booths, food trucks, kids’ activities, and a beer and wine tent. Every Friday starting on March 30th until September 28th, Santa Maria will be having Downtown Fridays! Each week will feature a different band as well as plenty of food and fun for everyone.

This is weekend wine tasting #SantaMariaStyle. The Wine Trolley has returned! Hit the road and explore all you can do in and around Santa Maria Valley. You’ll find it’s the perfect home base, where you can eat, drink and do more for less. Starting Memorial Day weekend, explore six wineries and tasting rooms on the Santa Maria Valley Wine Trolley. Kicking off May 26, the Santa Maria Valley wine trolley will run its loop through the Foxen Canyon Wine Trail every Saturday and Sunday through October 14, 2018.

75th Santa Maria Elks Rodeo And Parade

The Santa Maria Elks present four days of bone-crushing, action-packed thrills as the Santa Maria Elks Rodeo ignites the summer season with live professional bull riding, barrel racing, bronc riding, calf roping, steer wrestling, team roping and the ever popular Stick Horse races. It all takes place at the Elks Unocal Event Center at 4040 Highway 101 in Santa Maria from Thursday, May 31 through Sunday, June 3.
