Santa Maria Philharmonic Society Presents ‘Sounds of Jubilant Holidays’

Feel the Music and the joys of the holiday season! The Santa Maria Philharmonic will lift your spirits with ‘Sounds of JUBILANT HOLIDAYS’, on Friday December 6th at the First United Methodist Church, with music by Handel, Bach and Boyce. The orchestra will set a merry mood with lively dance movements in Bach’s Orchestral Suite No.1. Soloists from within the orchestra will be featured in the fabulous counterpoint of Handel’s Concerto Grosso Op. 6, and Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto No. 4. Enjoy a charming Symphony by William Boyce for an evening of elegant Baroque music.
