Riverbench: Yoga in the Vineyard
Join the Riverbench team and Jenn Bajaras, a local yoga instructor, for a peaceful morning of yoga in the vineyard.
Jenn will lead “with a feel good vinyasa fusion style class. It will be beginner friendly with intermediate guidance. We well observe our breathtaking surroundings while we connect breath to movement and tune our attention inward. This will help relax our body & mind, open up the body’s senses, and maximize the flavor of our first post- class glass.”
After focusing on the mind, body, and spirit you can reflect on the morning over a refreshing glass of Riverbench 2018 Blanc de Blancs Demi-Sec. Please bring a yoga mat and anything else you may need.
