I Musici D’Amore

Sunday, October 1st finds an enchanting trio, I Musici D’Amore, playing Mozart, Shostakovich, and Mendelssohn in a private afternoon concert accompanied by wine and hors d’oeuvres.   The Santa Maria Philharmonic Orchestra’s concertmaster, Sharon Cooper, plays violin with Barbara D’Addario on piano and Pamela De Almeida playing the cello.   The trio has selected a diverse program and will dedicate it to long-time Philharmonic supporter George Crosby, who passed away in June.

The concert address will be provided when you RSVP.  You may call 805-925-0412 or reserve your seats on-line at santamariaphilharmonic.org.  The cost is $50 and entirely benefits the Santa Maria Philharmonic Society.  Seating is limited so reserve yours soon!

The Program:

Mozart, Trio No. 6 in G Major, K. 564

Shostakovich, Trio No. 1 in C minor, Op. 8 for Violin, Cello and Piano

Mendelssohn, Trio No. 1 in D minor, Op. 49
