  • 14 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced mild green chili peppers
  • 1 medium white onion
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp finely ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine 14 oz diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup diced mild green chili peppers, 1 medium white onion, 3 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp kosher salt, and 1/2 tsp finely ground pepper in a large bowl and toss until well mixed.
  • Optional: Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to blend the flavors. Add more salt, pepper or garlic to the mix as necessary for taste.
