Santa Maria Valley has no shortage of flavorful wine or talented musicians! Another event happening 15 minutes north at Costa de Oro Winery is their Weekend Live Music series. From 5-8 pm on September 6, you can stop by to listen to a set by Moments in Time. (If you love rock and pop tunes from the 70’s and 80’s, this is the concert for you!)

Koehler Winery is one of 16 stops on the Foxen Canyon Wine Trail. While this is a gorgeous place to sample wines and picnic next to emus (yep, you read that right!), this winery also hosts a series of music events through summer and fall. Check out their Live Music on the Lawn event happening September 10, featuring Lindsey Marie Music. She’ll play from 12-3 pm.

Lovers of live music, you won’t want to miss this special event hosted by Rancho Sisquoc. From 4-7 pm on Sisquoc Saturday, award-winning musician, Sean Wiggins, will take the stage to serenade you. Enjoy her original works along with covers of beloved tunes while feasting on great eats by Nenas Kitchen.
If you’ve always dreamed of hanging out with Kevin Bacon on the lawn of a beautiful winery, this gets you pretty close! Demetria Estate hosts a monthly event, Movies in the Vineyard, where you can stretch out on a blanket under the stars as you watch a classic film. Their event on September 28 at 6:30 pm features the movie, Tremors. Each ticket costs $210, admitting two people and including a bottle of wine to share, all-you-can-eat artisan cuisine from De La Vina catering, and snacks.
